Preston Pesek is the Chief Operating Officer of PRXY, where he leads operational strategy, product execution, and institutional scaling of the company’s EB-5 compliance and fund-administration platform, with a focus on regulatory clarity, transparency, and long-term system reliability.

Prior to PRXY, Preston was co-founder and CEO of Spacious (acquired by WeWork) and held senior roles in real estate private equity at Fortress Investment Group and SL Green, working across structured finance, large-scale assets, and platform operations.
